Why? (Cheater!Levi x Reader) AU

You and Levi have been dating for months now. In the beginning, he would shower you with hugs and kisses- day and night. However, everything changed about 2 months ago. You couldn’t understand why. All the cuddles, hugs, and kisses vanished into thin air. Levi suddenly turned cold towards you. He would leave early in the morning, and come back home late at night. Whenever you asked him why he could come home so late, he would just brush it off and say, ‘I had extra work.’ Whenever you asked him to give you a kiss, Levi would just sigh and give you a quick peck. Your heart ached and you felt hurt. Sometimes, you even questioned yourself.

Am I not good enough for him? Am I getting fat? Do I look ugly?

You sighed and faced your tiny alarm clock.

1:00am

Where’s Levi?

You sighed once again and sat up. Peering out your small window, you see the curtains slowly sway in the cool, autumn breeze. The moon shone brightly, and almost made you believe that everything will be alright. But deep in your heart, you knew something was going on. You didn’t want to believe it.
No. Levi is a good person. He wouldn’t do such thing.

“I guess Levi’s home,” you murmured under you breath. You layed back down and pretended to be asleep.

“Bye! See you tomorrow!” The voice was muffled. You heard the owner of the voice giggle. A women. The door was closed, and you heard loud footsteps approach your bedroom. The door violently swung open, and you flinched a little, tugging your blankets above your face. A strong sent of perfume filled the room. Thoughts filled your mind. You shrugged it off, and slowly drifted to sleep…

Levi’s Point of View

“Sh*t! I forgot my damn phone!” I murmured under my breath. I got off my chair and found my way to Hanji’s office.

“Oi! Shitty Glasses! I forgot my phone today. Go tell Erwin that I’m going to go home to get it.” I shouted, pushing open the doors to Hanji’s office.

“Alright, alright! Go, then.” Hanji said. I ‘tch’d and found my way into my car.



Back to normal POV

“Ugh…” You rubbed your eyes and looked around the room. Everything was where you left it. The blanket next to you was already made, and you guessed that Levi already left.

Not this again…

Buzz Buzz

You heard the sound, and began to search for its origin.

“Aha! Found it!” you joyfully shout as you pulled out Levi’s phone.

“Hm…I guess he forgot his phone today…looks like I will have to give it to him later…” you thought as you began to put the phone into your pocket.

Suddenly, you stopped. You unlocked the phone, and you began to read the message:



Hi! This is (g/n)! Remember me? Oh my god, last night was SO fun! Let’s do it again, babe! Meet me at the Titan Hotel tonight, 8pm. See you soon! Love you! XOXOXO



You gasped.

"No...no...this can't be happening..." Shock hit you hard as you grasped the nearest thing-a chair. Tears threatened your eyes, and they began to spill out. You felt the phone slip out of your hands, and your vision blurred. The chair toppled over, and you felt your back impact the cold, hard ground...

"Ugh...where...where am I?"

You looked around you. The ceiling looked different...the lights...

You gasped. You were in the hospital.

Who? Who bought me here? Why-oh.

You remembered. You fell. Where? Your head. Opps.

You looked around. The room was dimly lit. Suddenly, you spot a note on the counter besides you:

Dear (f/n),
        I found you laying on the floor when I came home. I dropped you off at the hospital, but I won't be there in the morning. I have something to do.

P.S. The nurse said you had a concussion. It should heal in 3 days.

Obviously. He obviously had something to do. I bet he's so late for his date, that he forgot to write love at the end. No words of encouragement either. Wow.

You growled and decided that enough was enough. You slowly sat up, but

"Ouch!!" You hissed as you flung right back down onto the bed.

Fine. I'll sleep tonight to get some rest...tomorrow...I'm leaving.

--------------(Time Skip to Nighttime)-------------

Your eyes slowly fluttered open. You hissed, covering your eyes from the blinding light with the back of your hand. The window was open, and a nurse stood besides your bed.

"Hello, and good morning. Can I get you anything?" She asked, smiling sweetly at me.

"No, I'm fine." You answered, slightly shaking your head. You winced at the pain in your head.

"Oh my! Don't do that! Did I tell you that you have a concussion? Please, rest," the nurse said, worried.

"I'm fine," you replied, laying back down. The nurse nodded, laid your breakfast down next to you, and left.

As soon as she left, you immediately devoured your food. Satisfied, you decided that now is the time to leave. You got up, and stumbled towards the door.

With trembling fingers, you unlocked the door to your house. You stepped inside, and inhaled the fresh air. Frowning, you looked around. Levi...he's home? You spotted Levi's shoes and jacket. Curiously, you walked to your room.

"Ah...Levi..." You heard someone moan. Wait...why is a women in my house?

You froze. The keys from your hand dropped. Thoughts raced across your mind. Looking through the slightly opened door, you spotted Levi...touching another women. Levi was passionately kissing her, eyes full of lust. You covered your mouth with your hands. Endless tears streamed down your face. Your head hurt. Your heart ached as if it was bring wrapped in coils of sharp, metal needles. Your legs trembled and stumbled backwards.

Bam

Your back slammed against the bookshelves, books falling in the process.

"(Name)?" Levi coldly stated, "What are you doing here, Brat." He emphasized the word 'brat'. His cold, expressionless eyes pierced your heart. Tears slid down your checks. You looked behind him. A girl. She was pretty, but she stole your man.

"L-levi...no....Y-you can't," You stuttered, chocking on your own tears.

"Out. NOW!!" Levi shouted.

You hesitantly walked backwards, shock in your eyes.

You watched in horror as your boyfriend embraced his new 'lover'. You turned around and dashed out of the house, more tears rolling down your cheeks.
